Texas Capitol Building in Austin

Austin is the capital of the state of Texas.  Austin is a beautiful city with hills, valleys and lakes running through the city.  Austin has a current population of over 500,000 and over 1,000,000 in the metropolitan area.

Friday evening May 13th, a special Austin Shabbat dinner is planned.   We will be taking the Austin Riverboat out for a beautiful sunset cruise of Austin.  The boat will leave promptly at 6:30 p.m.  We have arranged for a bus to take everyone since parking will be an issue.  We will return to shore at 9 p.m.  You should be back to the hotel by 9:30 p.m.  Dress will be for outdoor casual cruising.   This event is being hosted by some family and close friends.

Saturday morning is Zach’s big day!  Services begin at 9:30 a.m. at Congregation Agudas Achim, 7300 Hart Lane.  The service will last until 12:30 p.m. and a Kiddush luncheon will follow.  Lunch is hosted by our wonderful parents Sunny and Lee Horowitz and Mady and Irv Solomon.

Saturday evening will be Zach’s celebration.  The party will begin at 7 p.m. to 11 p.m  in the ballroom of the Renaissance Hotel.   The only transportation you will need is the hotel elevator!  Babysitters are available with advance notice.  Dress is for this party is dressy casual.

Sunday morning will be our last meal together!  Please join us for brunch from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.  Again, our gracious friends will be hosting this get together.
